Take full and sole accountability for the centre P&L
Design and implement centre operational and marketing plan aligned with the regional priorities
Ensure effective centre operations and unite team under common goal to make the centre profitable.
Develop strategies to market and maintain the school's student enrolment to maximise the school capacity
(Need to manage the sales of centre).
Managing and organizing branch personnel, managing branch operations, teacher coordination, classroom
arrangement and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis (operations of the centre, Responsible for
maintaining infrastructure facilities at the centre).
Must have good experience in managing End-to-End Centre operations including Leads, Walk-In, Enrolments,
Collection.
Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance
levels.
Maintain an inventory of all the office supplies, technical maintenance, and requirements on a regular basis and
managing the branches income and expenses.
supervision of centre staff and ensuring adherence to their responsibilities, implementation of local level
marketing plan and generating queries.
Provide leadership to teachers in curriculum and implementation of teaching.
Must be unbiased towards the team members and should be a problem solver. Handle grievances by the proper
solution for the benefit of the organization.
Managing end-to-end academic life cycle of every student and collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from the
students.
Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents.
Customer Management: Personally, address the grievances of customers and take actions to ensure that they
are fully satisfied.
Organise school events to support cultural, festive events and racial harmony.
Prepare monthly reports for the management.
Own centre-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources, and other matters
Plan the Human Resources in the centre in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
Maintaining discipline by implementing and monitoring the organizational policies.
Making sure the inquiry is given the best treatment & arranging the required material for the sales team. fully
managing the admission process.
Management and coordination of academic events and active participation /driving of the organizational
initiatives.
Mentor the teachers to maximise their teaching competencies, professional development and relationship with
parents and colleagues.
Ensure requirements regarding health and safety regulations.
Any other work allotted by the management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a childcare / preschool.
Strong leadership qualities.
Strong Communication Skills. As he/she will have to interact with school heads or parents and students at times
with clients too.
Good coordination skills will have to coordinate with HO (Regional Operations Manager) and Centre
Good strategic thinking ability for mobilization (Sales)
A team player and motivator of people with experience in managing teams.
Possess good working attitude, Creative and inspiring with loving energy
Excellent oral and written communication skill.
