Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager for our coworking space in Indore,Madhya Pradesh. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the center. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality or sales industry, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. Your role will involve creating a thriving and collaborative community, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new members and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up with potential clients to convert them into members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to promote retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
Operations Management:

Community Engagement and Events:
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within the coworking space, encouraging collaboration and networking among members.
  • Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for members, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Seek feedback from members and implement initiatives to continuously improve the coworking experience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in the hospitality or sales industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
