Purpose
Understand and meet the customer needs & usage conditions post sales.
Role Description

  • Monitor and initiate action for customer complaints, warranty failures
  • Co-creates cost effective solution along with subject matter experts including supplier for customer complaint resolution
  • Resolve interface issue between sections and function for the customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to change management process for the customer complaint resolution.
  • Providing timely feedback on customer usage, requirements and product performance to NPD and Manufacturing teams (including extended manufacturing facilities) and ensuring closure
  • Ensure section's daily work management adherence.
  • Develop team competency aligning to customer and business need
  • Escalate and involve section head to resolve / conclude the bottle neck issue
  • Leverage digital / technology to improve speed of problem resolution and team productivity.

Requirements
  • Educational qualification must possess at least a Engineering/equivalent
  • Experience in handling Quality related activities > 10 Years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Product / Process assembly , trouble shooting and dealer service requirements.
  • Knowledge on IATF-16949 requirements
  • Experience in handling team
