Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan\'s global capability center (GCC). Business Manager is an experienced professional who manages headcount governance, budgeting and forecasting, spend governance, location strategy and executive reporting for India based teams across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The person in this role will have these key focus areas apart from the core BM role: supporting day-to-day business operations with a focus towards enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to align strategy and execution, and helping communicate business and product strategy and progress to leaders. This person will be responsible for collaborating with Senior stakeholders to drive progress across a variety of functional activities including product strategy, marketing, analysis and planning, and stakeholder engagement. They will also partner with stakeholders to establish, evolve, and track key business results/metrics. Business Manager should be proficient at managing CxO level stakeholders, working with large teams, as well as help the business run efficiently and effectively.
