About Commercial Banking & Wholesale Lending Services

At JPMorgan Chase, Commercial Banking ("CB") serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. CB is comprised of Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries, Real Estate Banking, Commercial Term Lending and Community Development Banking.

Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue.

Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses.

Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking Global Services organization and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management.

Key Responsibilities

IA Center of Excellence

  • Managing the Intelligent Automation COE focused on running and maintaining existing automations delivered, identify opportunities, and pilot modern solutions to improve business performance
  • Be a change agent promoting an automation culture
  • Evangelize the offerings of IA program and value of automation tools
  • Own management of applicable Firmwide frameworks and policies for controlled automation deliveries
  • Work through business unit leaders and IT Leadership team to define, design, configure, test, deploy, and integrate new, modified, and/or enhanced automations
  • Accountable for building the global team of automation professionals
  • Must comply with security and risk protocols as directed by Firmwide policy, standards and procedures
  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining the IA Solution Library
  • Lead automation opportunity identification and assessment activities including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
  • Create and maintain documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training, and disaster recovery
  • Serve as a final escalation point for automation execution and issues
  • Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions
  • Lead and/or participate in the development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools
  • Coordinate sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment
  • Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized
  • Evaluate evolving products or latest cognitive technologies to reinforce product offering
  • Lead Proof-Of-Concepts with individual teams using self-service digital tools such as UiPath and Xceptor

Key Skills & Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 12 years' experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
  • Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
  • Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
  • Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
  • Play a key part in driving innovation and digitization agenda for India and global teams
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
