About Commercial Banking Group:

The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 250 Crs. by offering products and solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc.

About the Role:

The Projects and New Initiatives team in Commercial Banking leads the design, development, implementation and adoption of digital solutions and process changes. The team collaborates with the coverage teams across segments to analyze ways introducing digital enablers which will help the coverage teams maximize their effectiveness. As a team lead, you will be leading the effort to optimize and redesign process helping improve the service quality and TAT, while ensuring compliance to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ideating, designing ad optimizing processes and products for the Commercial Banking Group
  • Working closely with external consulting teams on projects and new initiatives of the department
  • Driving impact for the business by executing digital transformation projects for different business segments
  • Responsible for development of content, formats, reports, presentations
  • Contribute to enterprise wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes and operating models incorporating latest technologies and methodologies
  • Collaboratively work with inter-department stakeholders on engagements
  • Manage end to end delivery of projects working with cross- functional teams to achieve desired goals
  • Collaborate in building the digital transformation road map for segments
Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate from a premier institute
  • Experience in Credit/Sales/Client relationship role or experience in business process re-engineering
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
  • A high degree of conversance with Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in business process reengineering, Tableau or exposure to CRM systems will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills
