In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).

The Role:

The candidate would support the new initiatives client success business, he/she will develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery; Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and maintain team\'s metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the network sales and program management teams, and assume responsibility for various pre-sales and program management activities
  • Create dashboards and reports for internal teams and/or clients.
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Highlight deviations from planned performance at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee regular reporting and testing activities for live projects.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Reporting Manager.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 3 plus years total experience in a sales support role.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience in project management and sales support roles within the fintech industry(preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Good written communication skills
  • Maintain healthy relationships with functional and Cross-functional peers
