Job Responsibilities:

1. Design standardized frameworks and templates for capturing and visualizing relevant paramters such as revenue achieved and pipeline (client wise, business stream wise) 2. Create relevant PPTs and Automated Dashboards for management reporting and own, update, maintain it 3. Establish key protocols and ensure process governance throughout department 4. Internal coordination with Product and Sales teams to ensure timely compliance in getting data inputs 5. Program managing large cross functional meetings - sales update, pipeline development/ ideation, quaterly forecasting, Annual/ long term (1Y, 3Y) business planning sessions 6. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions 7. Lead internal Transformation/ Automation projects within Insurance to build in efficiencies
