Category Manager - Carpentry | JC1183

: Exp: 5-6 Yrs relevant exp in similar domain & industry

Qualification: Any Grad + MBA (Pref)

Location: Bangalore (strictly WFO)

Working Days: 5 Working days/week, Mon-Fri

Reporting to: P&L Head- Rajesh

Team size: 1 person

Interview Process: 3-4 rounds

Joining timeline: ASAP, Notice buyout possible only in exceptional cases

Job Responsibilities:
Management of topline and bottom line (P&L), product returns and inventory mix.
This role will be responsible for driving sales through ecommerce platform for Carpentry/ Wood category under Youkraft.
Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals.
Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion of sellers onboarding.
Monitoring product lifecycle in the category & accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance.
Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products.
