Amazon.in Consumables Product team (across Subscribe & Save, MRP & consumer engagement charter) is looking for a smart, enthusiastic and hard-working candidate to join Subscribe & Save Program team as a Catalog Specialist.
You will primarily be responsible for solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop processes to improve program team's performance. You will directly work with program management teams to develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on internal and external stakeholders.
Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should be clear and use data to drive communication with stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
The key responsibilities and expectations from the role are:
Drive in-stock initiatives with category planning managers/seller ISMs/brand specialists to maintain missed promise for Subscribe & Save
Own program operations from offer onboarding, offer removals to offer movements
Engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project/program requirements and troubleshooting
Build data-driven reports for planned and ad hoc data requirements to stakeholders
Prior experience with e-commerce and business analytics
Knowledge of Tableau, SQL and Data Analytics
Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
