DESCRIPTION Amazon Style is Amazon\'s first-ever physical store featuring men\'s and women\'s clothing, shoes and accessories. We are looking for people who want to join an ambitious and driven team that continues to push the state of the art and improve the daily lives of customers. In this role, the individual works on one or more critical programs/tasks for retail product catalog. These tasks include (but are not limited to) updating content for the product catalogs, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed, communicating with stakeholders and leading Catalog Initiatives for new customer focus programs. Key job responsibilities Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done. Intermediate skill level to interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, to recognize and define process improvement opportunities working with Managers and effectively summarize conclusions &gtEnable efficient internal/external stakeholders communication BASIC QUALIFICATIONS . Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 1 to 3 years of experience working in Catalog teams. . Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform \'Root Cause Analysis\' and identify constraints to recommend a solution . Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications . Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner. . Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required. . Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Desired Qualification: . Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel. . An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment. . A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. . Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.
