Job Responsibilities Handling of Social Media Queries and escalation on all platforms. Should be capable enough to talk to customer with proper resolution and convert complaints into feedback. Handling customer queries and reverting to the same as per TAT. Maintain data on daily basis. Skills Required Good Communication skills both in Spoken & Written.
