PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK is Hiring for Social Media Team!!Job Location : NoidaExperience : Minimum one year of experience in handling social media escalations is mandatoryProcess Overview : Operations - Calling/Email /Backend Process:- Looking for young talented professionals with relevant experience in managing Social Media Escalations- Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.- Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.- Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.- Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is requiredDesired Profile :- Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure- Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.- Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate- Willing to work in rotational shiftsOur Requirements:- Fluency in English is a must- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week- Should be okay with rostered week offs (ref:updazz.com)
