We are currently looking for Recruitment Executive for our firm. The role & responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
Maintaining manpower requirements of existing clients and new clients
Fulfilling client resource requirements - meeting deadlines to close the open positions.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients/hiring teams/managers to ensure closures and for generating on-going business.
Co-ordinating with Clients for new requirements & the feedback of the candidates.
Searching CV's on Portal.
Maintain & updating the database.
Ensuring the closures in minimum amount of time
