DESCRIPTIONThe SPS Risk Training Delivery Capacity Program Manager will focus on analyzing the capacity and scheduling requirements of Trainers and Training SMEs across all multiple sites in EMEA, Americas and India region. The role will be part of the Training Delivery Organization that provide Training support to a team of 20K+ employees across all SPS Risk Verticals globally. The ideal candidate will have a analytics background that enables them to manage internal staffing, a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically to solve complex business problems by analyzing data and providing recommendations, and work closely with multiple stakeholders. This is a high impacting role requiring a leader who is not afraid to think big, challenge the status quo, and influence across stakeholder groups. This person will support a fast-growing global team, and will build mechanisms to drive optimal scheduling and headcount planning solutions. This is a strategic role and will require the candidate to work closely with the Global Training teams and may need to expand and build a team in the future. On an average the SPS Risk Training Delivery team delivers training to 15K+ learners.Key job responsibilities
The Training Capacity Planning Manager will be responsible for:

  • Create estimated Trainer capacity to deliver against forecast basis on the derived headcount plan along with monthly recompilation of training numbers.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Capacity Planning, Forecasting and Finance teams to analyze new hire historical data and forecast demand. Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Trainer and TME staffing and resource utilization.
  • Identify/Implement capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimizes cross-team processes that improve team efficacy and delivery.
  • Drive experiments and independently solve and deliver for business problems related to planning with occasional direction.
  • Drive an agile capacity model to meet SLA and utilization standards.
  • Contribute towards designing, developing and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our capacity planning and operational needs.
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of scheduling plans for CTPS Global Training Delivery and Global Training Subject Matter Experts Team considering factors of forecast and SLA inputs for each region.
  • Manage and execute Trainer staffing plan against required headcount, creating best fit shift pattern\'s in line with country legal & business requirements.
  • Consistently review Trainer scheduling practices for automation improvements and enhancements that support the growth and evolution of business.
  • Participate and own daily, weekly and monthly business review meetings with key Training stakeholders
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bangalore, KA, IND | Hyderabad, TS, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience of 3+ years in capacity or workforce planning team across multiple locations
- Experience of 3+ years in using workforce management solutions like Aspect
- Experience building capacity models using various statistical tools for forecasting and optimization.
- Experience in Program Management solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
