We are hiring Caf Staff. A Caf Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafeteria area. This includes serving food and beverages, keeping the area clean and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality industry or a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Caf Staff or in a similar role
- 10th/12th+/Diploma pass outs, preferably with experience in hospitality industry/caf.
- Should be organised, customer friendly, ready to learn and adapt, basic communication skills
- passionate to work with team members is added advantage.
- Fresher\'s with no work experience will be considered.
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, preparing of_ cocktail and mocktail _is mandatory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria area
- Ensure all items are properly stocked and replenished
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with other cafeteria staff to ensure smooth operations
