Responsibilities:

The mechanical design engineer is accountable for analyzing the structural components of the linear, non-linear, and elastic-plastic analysis
Execute the deliverables on time and in FULL.
FE analysis (Structural \xe2\x80\x93 Linear / Non-Linear /Elastic Plastic analysis)
Fatigue /Vibration / Bolted Joint / Welded Structures analysis.
ANSYS workbench modeling + APDL
Creation of Freebody diagrams /Load paths/hand calculations to substantiate FEA
Strong interpretation skills / excellent fundamentals in Solid Mechanics /Machine Design / SOM
Technical Report writing / Analysis Summary
Works with Design Engineers in India/Germany to develop alternatives and options for further development of projects and products.
