Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive strategy and planning for sales function of a fast-growing company with Pan India presence
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA from reputed institute
- 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years experience in sales strategy and planning
Preferred industry: Hospital, Retail, Retail Healthcare chains, Diagnostic, Pharma
Key Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership team to design and execute sales strategy linked to business plans and goals:
- Define GTM and Market penetration strategy
- Study trends across markets/ locations
- Forecast team size needed to execute plans/meet targets, in current and new geographies.
- Define and cascade sales targets to ZSMs, track performance on real time basis and escalate gaps in meeting targets.
- Work on strategic projects to improve sales capability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Keep abreast with market /industry trends and share insights with senior management team.
- Create incentive scheme for sales team.
- Prepare dashboards for management to facilitate data backed decision making.
Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to work with large data and generate insights; strong hold on excel skills.
- A self-starter and self-motivated individual with ability to effectively manage diverse projects, multitask, and provide consistent results.
- Should be able to work with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong program management; planning and organizing skills.
