As part of the team at PomG Automations, you will be responsible for handling various tasks including managing customer service inquiries, performing data entry tasks and other administrative duties where required. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking charge of outsourcing business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks Ability to work well in a team and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Analyzing data to draw actionable insights and establish trends is a plus
