Company Description We are hiring various roles for the upcoming project related to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) inbound process. We are doing support for the international clients related to government projects. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to travel with our company growth and good communication skill in english (hindi speaking is an added advantage) Role Description This full-time hybrid Business Process Outsourcing role is based in Puducherry and allows for some remote work. As part of the team at PomG Automations, you will be responsible for handling various tasks including managing customer service inquiries, performing data entry tasks and other administrative duties where required. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking charge of outsourcing business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks Ability to work well in a team and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Analyzing data to draw actionable insights and establish trends is a plus
