FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT GATHERING
Primary Role
Understanding of the system requirement from user and analyse the GUI, structure along logic to be provided to the system.
Preparation and submission of the IT requirement document in specific formats SRS, tracking the work request for timely completion as per requirement.
Understanding of all the business process and keeping the process, policy and manuals updated all the time for all the departments.
Documenting & monitoring the circulars issued by regulatory and inform the respective stakeholders about the impact in system and process.
Helping users for performing UAT for the system developed by IT team.
Liasoning with IT team, various departments and vendors for system integration.
Backup of other team member's activity.
Sharing Industry best practices, innovations and inputs for improvements.
Secondary Role
Training & knowledge up-gradation of end users/ Functionals / IT Teams.
