Job Summary Works independently under close supervision, executes the continuous improvement strategy and approach by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Engages with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. As part of the Business Process Improvement Team, supervises change agents and team members on small project tasks. What we\'re looking for Education: Graduate/Diploma or Equivalent Degree is preferred Experience: 7+ years of working experience of which 3 years as supervisor/analyst How you will thrive and create an impact Work Closely with Functional/Business leaders across the Avantor location, with strong partnership with ABC Leadership team to continuously improve our end-to-end business processes for eg. C2C, P2P etc.. Meet and collaborate with process leaders and cross-functional teams to discuss and understand areas of focus and improvement within the process streams for driving standardization/optimization Provide expertise in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations to optimize performance through process improvements Collaborate, liase & influence various functions/business to implement strategies/action plans Supporting the Teams to design workflow and process strategies to improve end-to-end process performance Render support in defining and developing appropriate metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), critical success factors (CSFs), performance measures. Monitoring the efficacy of business processes by collecting & analyzing the process data to drive business process improvements using Avantor Business Systems Be part of project team and/or lead projects with the stakeholders or individually which are strategic and drives value to business. Qualifications Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office & Excel with strong computer skills. Knowledge of Visio is desirable Should be familiar with SAP or any other global ERP tools Must be flexible, adaptable, and multi-task oriented Ability to self-manage and self-motivate, forward thinking Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various teams/leaders within Avantor Ability to analyze and relate relevant information/data from multiple sources. Prepare data and metrics explore new potential data and metrics to support process improvement initiatives. Extract existing data to calculate/format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability and demonstrable experience of solving complex problems/issues Help stakeholders devise and develop reporting solutions for new or existing business needs Experience in leading/managing/facilitating TDM, PSP, A3, Kaizen is desirable, fair understanding of ABS methodology is an added advantage Ability to be a project leader/self-starter Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Flexible approach in adapting to changing priorities, necessary to support the business Why Avantor Dare to go further in your career.
