ABRT – Agilent Business Reporting & Analytics Team is looking for qualified and motivated analysts to join our team. We extend business support by ensuring adherence to US GAAP & SOX Compliance in terms of managing for business expense and revenue deferrals. Here, you'll join the dynamic and progressive team that's delivering the business finance reporting and analyst services critical to business planning, forecasting and control. And you'll get to partner with the businesses by playing key role in driving improvements and re-engineering processes. Specific responsibilities include:-

• Primary responsibility is to provide analytical support, reporting, and business consulting to Agilent’s business finance functions.
• Analyzing and booking expense accruals, revenue deferrals & publishing business reports to facilitate decision making
• Handle stakeholder queries around the analysis, reports produced and ensure timely responses.
• Ensure that the monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
• Evaluate and oversee business controls and financial integrity of the business processes.
• Partner and support Finance stakeholders and IT for project analysis and decision making
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Works on business system/process assignments with broadly defined objectives

• CA experience with 0-2 years or Bachelor of Commerce + CMA/MBA (Finance) with 4 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication (written & oral)
• Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team
• Excellent analytical and spreadsheet/presentation skills
• Proficient on MS Office & MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP HANA desired
• Good team player and ability to work independently
• Strong customer-focus and results orientation
