Responsibilities Location : Thane What does a successful business process Analysis do at FISERV/ ICICI Merchant Services Act as the connection between the line-of-business and internal and external stakeholders to create and facilitate communications and solutions in the delivery of business process improvements. Through a systematic approach, evaluates, measures, designs, develops and monitors information and solutions to ensure an organization\'s workflow is effective, efficient and capable of adapting to changing business demands. Performs Root Cause Analysis and resolves difficult process issues. May design and conduct independent tests. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven system requirements. (Jobs in this function roll to a line of business other than manufacturing or production). What will you do: Able to perform quality as per the defined business rule. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required. Good excel formulae, VB excel macro creation. Should know how to prepare excel reports. Will be responsible for MIS reporting & documentation. Generate and publish reports in accurate and timely manner. Perform data analysis for generation reports on periodic basis. Create reporting and presentations for senior level management. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Good command on follow ups & Co-ordination What will you need to know: Should be from Acquiring background. Candidate with experience of Quality, Analysis, process improvements will be given preference. MS office, MS Excel, Advanced MS Excel, Basics of VBA Macro creation/editing, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting Analytical skills Eye for detail What would be great to have: Power BI report and Power query would be added advantage.
