Job Purpose
Drive and monitor the CGA operations by partnering with CGA Business team, Supply Chain, RA, QA, Finance and other cross functional teams
Accountabilities
I. Implement the Operations strategy centrally in coordination with planning & BD, to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers (Global Fund, Chemonics, UNDP, PAHO etc.) and achieve the desire OTIFs
II. Evaluate and track monthly supplies of RM, PM and excipients for CGA product portfolio
III. Monitor and align the demand forecasting and demand planning in coordination with BD team
IV. Strategic Planning to ensure supply capabilities always meet the demand
V. Drive the entire CGA operations team to share best practices and adopt latest technology for real time alerts, simulations & recommendations
VI. Create and maintain MIS for integrated visibility of supplies and sales parameters for entire CGA business
Education Qualification
Graduation with MBA / Preferred PMP certification
Certification / MBA Supply Chain Management is preferred
Relevant Work Experience
At least 6 years of experience in roles spanning operations/supply chain with exposure to pharmaceutical industry
