We are seeking a Business Operations Manager who can help with strategic business benefits and objectives. You will plan, direct and coordinate business operations and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating operational dashboard from customer reported issues, Supports monthly and quarterly business reviews and provides analysis for business dynamics
  • Analyze data from multiple source and derive intelligence on patterns of issues
  • Use data driven approach, analyze business performance and identify root causes of problems and support the change management program to implement the future state
  • Helps drive operational perfection and provides analysis and metric reporting across various pillars
  • Identify develop, and report KPI to executive and the cross-functional leadership team
  • You should be comfortable with analytics tools , databases and presenting ideas and theories from analysis of data.
  • Provide data analysis, identify key trends,provides business insights and prepares reports to enable operational improvement through the strategic management and analysis of business drivers and practices by leveraging predictive modelling
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in a large multi-national company with exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Experience and understanding of Customer Support/Services, processes and policies are a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data and interpret, synthesize, and communicate results
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Ability to work in fast paced organizations, prioritize what is important to the business and influence decision makers to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to deadlines
  • Experience working on Salesforce Dashboards and Reports
  • Knowledge of SQL/Rest API to extract data from multiple sources
Great to have But Not Mandatory
  • Experience leading the predictive analysis in high volume business in fast paced companies
  • You have Experience with Bloomreach specific products like Discovery /Content /Engagement
  • Experience working on Tableau and analytics related to Tableau
