Bachelors or Master in Engineering/Math/Statistics
Have 2+ years of experience in Analytics
Have strong expertise Tableau / QuickSight, or any other visualization platform
Proficient in R/SQL/Python or any other query language (or Programming language)
Be well-versed with statistical concepts, with ability to operate across the entire analytics value chain
Have strong business acumen, matched equally with an exceptional analytical ability
Be a passionate problem solver, and thrive in ambiguity

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) for the Safety Performance Insights (SPI) group. SPI has two broad goals: 1. Set up tracking and measurement of field safety programs 2. Develop insights and recommendations around program design and targeting that can boost program performance (and Safety) As a part of SPI, you would identify the metrics and the dimensions that provide deep insights into program performance. You would also partner closely with the business to define the scope and the roadmap for the analysis, with an eye on both short term asks and long terms needs from a BI standpoint. You would partner very closely with Data Engineering teams to design the required data assets. And where needed, you will partner with other business teams to study the cross-effects of safety programs on other business areas and processes.
