Job description As a Business Intelligence (BI) Administrator at Eastman, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining our BI systems to provide valuable insights into our business operations. You will collaborate closely with our BI teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet our business needs. We\'re seeking a talented and collaborative team player to join us. Responsibilities Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data in the BI system Administer Azure DevOps CI/CD process for BI deployments Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server instances and databases. Monitoring and tuning of SQL Server performance, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks, tuning queries, and optimizing server resources. Administration of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Reporting Services (SSRS) to support ETL processes, data analysis, and reporting needs Documentation of database configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across the organization. Provide on-call support if needed Qualifications . B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, M.E/M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA . At least 3-6 years of experience is preferred . Strong team player . Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Key skills . Experience with SQL Server 2019/2017/2016, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS . Experience with highly transactional and Data Warehousing environments . Experience with Cloud Azure (IAAS) and managing Azure SQL Servers . Knowledge of SSIS package deployment and execution, SSAS cubes deployment and processing . Experience with Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Database Maintenance plans and DBCC commands . Experience with SQL Server security, backup, recovery and capacity planning . Experience with DevOps /Agile operations process and tools area (Azure Build & Release, automation Environment) . Knowledge of Qlik Replication and Azure Synapse is a plus
