Job Title : Merchandising Head

Department : Ecommerce

Work experience : 8 years onwards

Location : Pune

Job Role :

- Should be able to see large scale potential in the ecommerce scale and keen to build a profitable ecommerce business

- Can curate products to website

- Acquire vendors and partners for ecommerce

- Ability to work with delivery partners and logistics side scaled by multiple associations

- Create good vendor relationship

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery

- Ensure smooth delivery

- Marketing for ecommerce on the web and social media postings

Work Experience required :

- 8 years onwards work experience in end-to-end ecommerce strictly. Relevant work experience required

- Preferably in FMCG, Dairy, Agri

- Can handle business and scale it to 100 vendors/ partners and 200 variety of products

- Has worked in procurement

- Has worked in vendor sourcing

- Has worked in eCommerce Sales

- Has worked in quality assessment of the merchandise

- Has worked with variety of products - FMCG, Agritech, E commerce etc.

- Has worked in end-to-end operations of ecommerce including supply chain management

- Should have handled a team size of atleast 5 to 10

- Understands the target audience

- Understands the marketplace very well

- Someone who has grown ecommerce from small to at least 50 to 70 lacs per month would be the right candidate

Attributes required :

- All attributes required in a great sales person/ entrepreneur

- If he / she is an entrepreneur and his own ventures, that\'s not an issue. In fact, a good profile

- Good negotiation skills

- Knows how to work with intent to scale and in scaling environment

Education qualification :

- MBA - Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance or Agri- essential

- BE Mechanical or Electronics

- BSC Agriculture / Dairy for procurement of Ecommerce products

- Expected Team size for the candidate to handle

- He will take care of the procurement team of 2, operations ecommerce team of 2 (1 junior and 1 senior), 1 customer relationship manager
