r - Recruitment and development of quality advisors
r
r - Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
r
r - Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
r
r - Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
r
r - Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
r
r - Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
r
r - Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
r
r - Develop and improve upon existing marketing techniques
r
r - Monitor market trends, and analyse consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
r
r - Suggest improvements regarding communications and imagery
r
r - Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of the Advisor teamr r Salary: 18 - 22k
