for Business Development Manager Designation - Business Development Manager Reporting to: Regional Head/Zonal Head Desired Candidate Profile: ? Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing ? Experience required: 5 to 7 years as Sales professional in publishing & K-12 Edtech Territory Manager Sector ? Computer Knowledge: Excel in soft skills, have Complete knowledge on Ms.office, Good Presenter ? Language Known: Hindi & English ? Believe in Teamwork ? Good connect with branded school & big distributors ? Experience from publishing industry is must. Key Responsblities: ? Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer Satisfaction ? Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory ? Take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members ? Attain the Individual target and motivate team to attain their target ? Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting to Business Head with the sales funnel and target achieved ? Monitor competitor activities and devise effective countermeasures ? Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently ? Maintain Payment collection Tracker of assigned regionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
