REQUIREMENTS: –
- Good Experience in Staff Augmentation (Contract Staffing)
- Should have experience in end-to-end client interactions, requirements gathering,
client coordination, escalation management,
- Good exposure in generating business from existing and new clients.
- Good experience in identifying opportunities for growth in the account and
lead account strategy and planning.
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should be adaptable to flexible working situations
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: –
- Managing Existing Clients & Acquiring New Clients
- Getting Requisitions from HRs & Recruitment SPOCs.
- Planning, organizing, executing & controlling the sourcing & servicing to clients.
- Reports – Daily, Weekly, Monthly
- Gathering market information, Creating, and maintaining reports on Market
- Companies Mapping & Industry Mapping.
- Cold call into companies and identify who the key manager to sell our service
- Individual Contributor & Hunter profile.
- Maintain a database of quality hiring managers, and have the ability to follow
up on a regular basis
- The ability to think outside the box in order to get new clients or close deals
- Gather leads that will help build database of clients either through social media
or networking
