Job Description

: Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for facilitating weekly/ad-hoc meetings and written communication with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure MG&I cross-functional processes and new initiatives are understood. They will also be responsible for oversight and enforcement of CCB processes, including system access control. The candidate will participate in control testing, audits, reviews, and exams in partnership with MG&I process owners, other members of MG&I NICE and Control managers to ensure timely responses and positive results. They will also be responsible for working with key stakeholders through the department to create communications/decks for senior leadership that provide control, issue and audit/exam updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline preferred
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft products with an extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred
