Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include:
Direct Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the consistency of BC capabilities across all local CIB and non-CIB activities in his/her legal entity and for ensuring that local regulatory/statutory obligations are met
  • Contributing towards readiness to any invocation of business continuity by stakeholders during Crisis situations and CMT calls
  • Sound knowledge of the Group Norms and Standards for Business Continuity for efficient implementation of BC Framework for ISPL
  • Maintain and execute the annual BCM calendar
  • Manage BIA, WADi, DR Drills, BCP Tests, and Training & Awareness for ISPL, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore locations. Make sure that there's no overdue. In case of overdue, escalate and work on to mitigate the issues
  • Implement control procedure ,ensuring timely completion of all BCP activities by business lines
  • Ensure monthly BC dashboard for ISPL is published
  • Planning, Preparing and maintaining the roadmap for BCP activities
  • Work towards automation for process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Drive operational resiliency program for critical processes
  • Responsible for any tool migration where ISPL is involved
  • Responsible for Level1 controls for BCP
  • Build BCP awareness within ISPL and enhance visibility of BCM function
  • Work collaboratively across all stakeholders in Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore for BCM initiatives
  • Work closely with India Territory BCM Management & actively engage in activities of knowledge sharing with other entities in India
  • Any other BCM Projects for ISPL
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Develop synergies and work on best practices with other BNPP legal entities
  • Participate in process improvement projects for ISPL
