Senior Business Analyst - Telecommunications Infrastructure Projects
Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with exceptional skills and proven experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in infrastructure projects. The role demands an individual who can quickly adapt to the complexities of a high-stakes project and effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, both domestically and internationally. This position requires an analytical mind that thrives under pressure and can bring innovative solutions to challenging scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly understand and integrate into the project, providing immediate, high-level analytical support.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring comprehensive documentation and understanding of the project scope.
- Develop detailed process flows, identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
- Collaborate effectively with international vendors and local installers to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage the integration of various technological solutions, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize process design tools such as ARIS for optimal documentation and process management.
- Oversee the development of data handling and integration processes in close cooperation with the data platform team.
- Design and implement scalable end-to-end process solutions, suited to the project\'s dynamic environment.
- Guide project management and service support areas, focusing on sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate training and workshops, ensuring team and stakeholder alignment with project goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and proactive strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years\' experience in business analysis within the telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and excel in complex and challenging project environments.
- Proficient in process design tools like ARIS, Visio, or similar.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilience and problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience employing strategic problem-solving approaches such as root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, and risk management frameworks to navigate project challenges effectively.
- Ability to leverage data-driven decision-making to guide project trajectories and resolve conflicts.
- Proven track record of innovative thinking and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project landscapes.
