Description/ Responsibilities:

• Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
• Process understanding to conduct various workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and enhancing the requirements.
• Functional evaluation of the requirements and further enhancing the requirements considering the cross functional usage.
• Discussion with Business Users
• Discussion with BSG Teams / Vendor Teams
• Creating User Stories in ADO
• Understanding the various DWH Database template
• Modifying and enhancing the database templates as per enterprise requirement
• Mapping Source systems to DWH database templates (Physical data structure)
• Mapping Physical data to Logical data and Business Layer
• Conduct walkthroughs / Obtain Sign offs.
• Evaluating existing data systems.

• Customize the banking database templates based on the logical data model.

• Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.

• Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
• Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.

• Through knowledge of Banking Domain and worked in any of the following domain for a period of 3-4 years
  • Retail - Assets + Credit + Coll
  • Retail - Liab + Ops + Digital
  • Corporate - Assets + Secur. + Custody
  • Payments + TBG – Cash
  • Corporate – TTS
  • ERM + ALM + ECL + Fraud + AML
  • Reg + Finance
  • Corporate - Credit + CAD
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.

• Post-graduation in finance/banking/accounting
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in any of the banking divisions as a Business Analyst.
• Having experience in handling information technology projects.
