Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and other business analysts to gather requirements, manage tickets, coordinate testing, and oversee the deployment release process.

Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software projects.

• Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AEM development teams.
• Manage the ticketing system and prioritize tasks based on business needs and project timelines.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets and issues reported by stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that AEM solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Collaborate with developers to conduct comprehensive testing and identify and resolve defects.
• Manage the deployment release process, coordinating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure established release management practices.
• Provide regular status updates on ticket progress, testing results, and deployment milestones to stakeholders and project teams.

To succeed, you will need * Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related expereince as BA

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role in software projects.
• Experience managing ticketing systems and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) and creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with release management processes and deployment coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
