The position

The position holder will work primarily as Veeva QMS (quality management system) Configurator and Tester. Manage and administer vault quality modules within quality management portfolio. Contribute to system management activities including release, change & control You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Manage and assess technical configurations for pilot and future modules for QMS which will move from ETQ reliance framework to Veeva QMS.
• Able to understand and configure Veeva QMS based on use requirement.
• Test the implemented functionalities using Blackbox and Whitebox techniques.
• Ensure all technical integrations/interface with other applications (like SAP, Active directory etc) are working as intended. Also enable to evaluate develop/technically custom-build interfaces and implement proposed changes.
• Can evaluate any change request and assess the technical impact on all other Veeva QMS modules, on all related interfaces, on Veeva Domain as well as from IT Security perspective.
• Technical expertise to manage API integrations to Veeva QMS.

Qualifications

• You will be holding a bachelor's degree in relevant subject with 5+ years in IT with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as Manual and Automation testing as Test and test manager with ISTQB certification.
• Experience end-to-end testing of with designing test scenarios, test Case Preparation and execution of test runs.
• Experience of testing in GxP software and systems of pharma IT products, preferentially quality management systems.
• Ensure that end-to-end test management responsibilities are fulfilled, e.g., test Approach (automated vs. manual), requirement coverage, test estimation, test Plan & strategy, Input to qualification protocols, test case preparation, execution Productivity.
• Evaluate the quality of test and product (system) including test coverage of requirements on risk-based approach.
• Experience of Veeva vault QMS or Veeva vault is preferred.
• Experience in testing of Saas platforms, DevOps and Agile.

Quality & Facilities IT GBS (QFIT IT) is an integral part of Corporate IT within Global IT GBS; which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT operations for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk, spanning across entire globe. The key objective of QFIT IT is to ensure robust IT support to systems, which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk.
