The position

As a Business Analyst, you will be joining our HRIT Core Operations & Solutions responsible for managing and supporting the systems like Job Levelling, Compensation Offer and Mobility Management system. You will be providing daily support to Line of Business. Responsible for Coaching and Leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management and budget management. You will be entrusted to the following responsibilities:

  • Project Management and documentation and Configuration of the system based on the design documents.
  • Responsible for testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing.
  • Incident, problem & change management (system upgrades, enhancements) reporting on regular basis. Monitor the effectiveness of ITIL Process and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Compliance, Governance, Risk assessment and Agile enhancements.
  • Implementation of GDPR controls wherever applicable.
  • Act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates.
Qualifications
  • You will be holding a bachelor's degree in relevant subject with 8+ years in IT with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience in any cloud application (Workday/SuccessFactors/HCM and similar) along with experience in Data Analytics.
  • Experience in Pharma/Health & Safety processes, working experience in HR IT systems would be a value addition.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience equivalent to intermediate level.
  • Experience in project management and handling transitions.
  • Understand the Agile mindset and culture.
  • Working/ previous experience in system mgmt. set-up/ teams.
  • Knowledge on AI & ML will be an added advantage.
About the department

In HR IT, we support the P&O in all the Hire to Retire processes by providing the IT/digital solutions to the processes. In HRIT GBS, we are responsible for managing the systems that includes system management, compliance, infrastructure, governance etc.

HR IT department has systems which support People & Organisation processes in Novo Nordisk.

This position is Business Analyst, primarily responsible for managing and supporting the systems : Job Levelling, Compensation Offer, Mobility Management system.
