Must have Skills & Experience Required
8-10 years relevant business analysis experience preferably with a financial services firm
Capture & clarification of business requirements through a range of analysis techniques through data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, gap analysis and work & process flow diagrams)
Sound knowledge of SQL for data querying & analysis (Types of Joins, Inner, Outer, DDL, DML)
Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
Proven track record of having strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high focus on your customers.
Prepare professional Business Analysis documentation to capture user requirements & acceptance criteria.
Proactively working with business to identify, define, and clarify the scope / issues in terms of complex business/systems requirements.
Acting as a proxy customer with the development teams, facilitating open communication between the customer & development team.
Experience of working with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams.
