Business Analyst
Job Description
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Collaborate with software developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications Develop use cases and test cases to ensure that software applications meet business requirements Create and maintain documentation related to software development processes and procedures Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training sessions Provide ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA or Trello Ability to create use cases and test cases Experience with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Understanding of database design and data modeling concepts is a plus
