JOB Responsibilities

  • Engage with DCS Stakeholders in terms of Roadmap and resource allocation
  • Communication of CPCS efforts towards DCS on a periodic basis
  • Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions, operational intervention, end to end flows, data handoffs, etc.
  • Understand client, market and regulatory requirements, their current product usage and prioritise the requirements based on data analysis and strategic business need.
  • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to consider which partner business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change.
  • Define functional and non-functional business requirements for development and commercialisation in order to meet business targets.
  • Devise a transition process to ensure that Operations, Technology and Service can seamlessly move to their respective target state models.
  • Analyse and elaborate product features and operational, regulatory and compliance, UI, reporting and sanctions screening requirements.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in multi LOB processes for ad-hoc consultation for any unique or unexpected scenarios identified.
  • Review of Demo Goals leading to written Test Cases.
  • Production of Test Messages which support the underlying test case.
  • Documentation and execution of test scenarios - identify specific scenarios and write test scripts.
  • Utilisation of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution, therefore previous experience of automated testing is required.
  • Defect Monitoring and Reporting.
  • Conduct walk through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups.
  • Analyse defects by prioritising and exploring alternative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a medium to large diverse organization in change services with 5+ years of management experience
  • Project Management & Business Analysis skills - required
  • Worked in CIB business function ie; Global Markets, Middle Office, Wholesale Payments or Securities Services.
  • Project / Agile methodology Qualification - preferred.
  • Worked in CIB business function, Global Markets, Middle Office, Wholesale Payments or Security Services
  • Relevant experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB\'s delivering in a highly complex and high-volume environment
  • Good understanding of Markets products and trade lifecycle. Preferably Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities, Derivatives
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Understanding of Equity Derivatives Product Workflows and trade lifecycle is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in using Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation.
  • Experienced in testing processes to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution
