The Domain Support Specialist - L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization. The main purpose is to take full responsibility for first level system fault restoration. The position is also responsible for configuration changes within the scope of work as delegated by work area, day-to-day operational performance Ensuring KPI or SLA fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level fix of the events taking place on the network. To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLANW faults rectification. Backup and Health checkup with agreed frequency. Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. Able to perform with the other organizational entities like BO RAN, SRF, PM, FO, field operations etc and timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when vital. KPI Reporting for network. SLA reporting for Ticket(resolution). Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process publishing KPI reports to the MSIP & internal management along with other related teams To be able to efficiently use Library like Alex, NED, HDEX etc. Tools -ITSM, MYCOM, MATE & Enable.
What you will do
To plan & perform all the shift operational activities and support and implement E2E processes. Authorized to report security breach incidences. Suggest for corrective and preventive actions of security threats. Implement system configuration changes as per given access rights. Authorized for raising TT to next level of support in consultation. Learning of assigned trouble tickets & first level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts. To build WO to FM team when vital. Raise TT towards Second level in consultation. Perform FIRST level preventive maintenance of nodes. Support Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes if required. Site level fault address in all vendor in all technology and ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements. Performance & Characteristics of RAN Network Nodes, QIA alarm, sleepy cell, TR Fail, sync related alarm trouble shooting and rectification. Support on cell and site restoration, RP fault, CP fault, Power cycle, group switch fault in Linux BSC/OMU/BCSU/ET/ETPE/ETPA trouble shooting.
