Our Exciting Opportunity !
As a 5G SME , representing CU Head opti-5G, responsible for ensuring efficient deliveries of Network Optimization Services within NDO domain in line with the best global practices throughout phases of the delivery lifecycles and thereby ensuring a profitable business outcome with high levels of customer happiness.

You will:

• You will drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes for Network Optimization of radio networks
• You will engage proactively with the customer leadership and with the respective sales organizations in Circle to drive leads generation. Key role in reinforcing add- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
• You will drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes for Network Optimization of radio networks.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Leading them to successful project outcomes in customer projects and CxO engagement.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience across all phases of project starting from pre-sales to service delivery.
• Demonstrated Network Optimization background for a minimum of 10 years
• Good understanding of 4G/5G functionalities, parameters and performance management tools.
• Vast experience in 4G/5G Network Optimization services delivery.
