About Us: The Business Design team consults on Front Office Business Transformation for EY's global clients covering Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Pricing pillars. Business Design leverages both Digital Transformation & Customer Experience domains to drive transformations for clients. Role: As part of EY GDS Business Design team, the opportunity is to drive cutting edge transformations for clients, get exposure to the latest in Digital & CX, along-with building skills in growing a business and The Senior Manager in the team is highly responsible role for a leader with excellent business consulting, digital, customer experience & products experience, who can drive consulting opportunities and business growth for GDS in the European & UKI regions.
Responsibilities, Skills and Expertise
Business Transformation & Business Design Consulting

• Relationship & Thought Leader: Be a thought leader growing the Business Design practice's consulting relationships with EY partners & clients in the European & UKI regions
• Responsible for Consulting Practice Growth in UKI & Europe: Carry the target and business numbers for growth of Business Design Consulting team utilization, across EY firms & Industry/ Sector lines by building relations and driving growth with region Partners, Accounts & Pipelines.
• Responsible for Business Development Office: Proposals & RFPs and driving penetration within accounts. Should have excellent skills in creating winning proposals / RFPs, leveraging or building solution SMRs within the Business Design Team and working with senior stakeholders in a Consulting ecosystem.
• Responsible for driving Team Growth and management for the Consulting lines w.r.t to Customer Experience & Commercial Excellence for front office functions (Marketing, Sales/CRM, and Customer Service Transformation)
• Drive Strategic Roles & Consult on key Deals: Act as a trusted advisor to Consult on client's business requirements, Customer Experience, Digital & Business Transformation needs and aspirations enabling clients to understand the Art-of-the-possible for CX transformations, GTM with products, CRM Transformations in Marketing, Sales & Customer Service transformation areas
• Work with internal stakeholders & clients to build Business Strategy, Business Case, As-Is to To-be Customer Journey & Business Models, front-end CRM Strategy across -Marketing, Sales, & Customer Service Touchpoints, Digital Transformation Roadmaps.
• Should have expertise in CX & Digital: Processes, Journey design, CX Analytics, Digital Platforms & Products in the space of Marketing, Sales & Customer Service.
• Hands on experience in identifying & building Customer Journeys (across multiple Digital & Physical touchpoints) especially Marketing, Sales or Contact Centre Journeys of B2C / B2B Customers
• Solution & Capability building: Bring in Digital Business Transformation & Customer Experience (CX) expertise and help build and refine Consulting Frameworks & Solutions that can grow consulting adoptions for EY across UKI & EMEA aligned with the FoP (Fields of Play) aligned to buyers
• Vertical & Industry Experience in Telecom, Media, Technology, Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Financial Services or Product organisations will be a plus.
