Roles and Responsibilities Understanding market and customer, efficient in market research.
Preparation of brand strategy, brand plan-marketing, quarterly promotional strategy-input finalization andinput implementation plan.
Responsible for PR strategy
Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation.
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
Accountability for Brand\xe2\x80\x99s performance & working closely with sales team.
Formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies.
Execution of promotional activities.
Knowledge of email marketing and how to capture brand aspects there
Branch Brand Audits.
CSR activities
Taking care of advertising and brand budgets


Desired Candidate Profile 3-4 years of relevant working experience , BFSI experience will be a plus
Creative and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated.
Excellent organizational skills
Able to Start work within short notice
Recognize problems, reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
Ability to think \xe2\x80\x9coutside the box\xe2\x80\x9d
