Branch Operations Analyst Position Overview Job Title- Associate Location- Bangalore Role Description Loan Operations is responsible in managing Lifecycle of Loan product. This Associate will be responsible of managing/Supporting the Loans Automation projects. Supports the Ops team in the identification and assessment of Automation opportunities within the area of focus. Partners with Technology analysts to support development that achieves desired business outcomes. Provide status updates and input to central program team Contributes to the compilation of a process-based body of knowledge, including tools / templates, training materials, operating procedures, and other required documentation To play key role in ensuring the function is successfully delivering against objectives, milestones and targets. Support operations team during peak volumes and whenever support required. Support operations team in clearing backlogs and find suitable solutions to automate the process. The role will face off directly with onshore /FO teams and senior stakeholders and requires demonstrable stakeholder management experience. The ability to work in geographically diverse environments and knowledge to present a strong image of a growing team / function would be required. Finalize required KOPs for process automations. Manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key stakeholders Your skills and experience Considering the demanding, complex & Critical nature of the role and able to work in fast passed environment with consistent deadlines, candidates should meet the below requirements. Excellent Verbal & written communication along with dynamic & confident approach. Strong Analytical & Logical Reasoning. End to End Knowledge on Loan Origination, Servicing and Trading, Experience in Agency, Bilateral syndicated loan loans servicing. Good Experience in Loan IQ application Experience in Document review, Limit\'s maintenance, and Collateral updates. Experience in Handling projects and Automations. Experience in managing or supporting application UAT testing. Experience in preparing management Dashboards and reports.
