Position: Branch ManagerLocation: DelhiExperience:1)5+ Years2)Foreign exchange company experience is mustSalary: 6 LPA onwards (Based on last drawn salary and experience)Working Days: 06 daysQualification : Graduation and AboveRoles and Responsibilities:Branch Revenue Management: Take ownership of branch revenue targets, develop strategies tomaximize revenue, and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including marketexpansion, client acquisition, and product/service enhancement.Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measuresto meet or exceed sales targets.Client Visits and Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to clients, build strongrelationships, address their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Compliance and Audit Oversight: Ensure adherence to audit, KYC, and compliance standards.Regularly review documentation and processes to prevent any compliance issues, implementingnecessary corrective actions.
