Job Description



  • Inspiring each and every team member to perform and produce their best in quality.
  • Organizing training sessions to improve the performance of C.B.A.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Ensure timely auditing.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Help the manager in managing the team and attrition.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver on targets
  • Meet his/her own production targets assigned by the Management.
  • Keep the Standard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanisms.

US Health care experience on the PAYER SIDE. Should be serving as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager in the current role. Graduate in any stream Should have at least 5 -7 years of experience in the US Health care industry (Claims Adjudication) and working knowledge in claim processing. Good communication and verbal skills Should be a Team Lead/SME on paper. Acting Team Leads can also apply. Exposure to handle capacity fluctuations (both up and down) and controlling attrition. Possess Strong Leadership skills & Problem-solving skills Good Analytical Skills & People Management Skills
