US Health care experience on the PAYER SIDE. Should be serving as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager in the current role. Graduate in any stream Should have at least 5 -7 years of experience in the US Health care industry (Claims Adjudication) and working knowledge in claim processing. Good communication and verbal skills Should be a Team Lead/SME on paper. Acting Team Leads can also apply. Exposure to handle capacity fluctuations (both up and down) and controlling attrition. Possess Strong Leadership skills & Problem-solving skills Good Analytical Skills & People Management Skills
