Supervising daily operations of the organization. 2. Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environments for employees. 3. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. 4. Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent client services. 5. Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards. 6. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities. 7. Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects. 8. Generate operational reports for management as needed. 9. Setting deadlines for the team. 10. Frequently monitoring team and Team Leader\'s performance and giving positive feedback to team members individually for their career development. 11. Attain clients meetings & understand the requirements shared by effective communication among the team. 12. Understanding clients\' SLA & achieving the same.
