Boult Audio Offline Sales Head

Job Description


We are looking to hire a seasoned sales professional to launch and lead our offline sales business. The incumbent will setup the team and build business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive the distributor to implement strategies for penetrating the offline market to meet Boults distribution objective.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales across large format retail, institutional and GT business

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Boults customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Manage products stock planning, forecasting and analysis at regional/ Pan India level

- Foster strong business relationship with partners, vendors & resellers.

- Responsible to drive the profit improvements and to keep the gross margin healthy

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Manage dealer and distribution network across the region

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Qualifications Required:

- 10+ years of experience

- Master\'s degree in business administration, from a renowned campus is preferred

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
